      目的:研究香砂养胃颗粒和小儿清解颗粒挥发性成分,为产品质量的稳定性和一致性评价提供方法。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用分析技术,分析香砂养胃颗粒和小儿清解颗粒中的挥发性成分,并对2个品种大生产批次间及实验室提取挥发油化学成分进行对比分析。结果:香砂养胃颗粒挥发油中共鉴别出24种成分,主要以烯烃、醇类、酮类为主;小儿清解颗粒挥发油中共鉴别出22种成分,主要以烯烃、醇类、醛类为主,大生产与实验室提取挥发油各化学成分基本保持一致,相对含量有一定差别。结论:明确了大生产与实验室提取挥发油的差异,为2种中成药生产的质量控制提供了有效的方法。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To study the chemical components of volatile oil extracted from two varieties of Xiangsha Yangwei Particles and Xiaoer Qingjie Particles, in order to provide the methods to evaluate the stability and consistence of product quality. Methods: The chemical components of volatile oil extracted from two varieties of Xiangsha Yangwei Particles and Xiaoer Qingjie Particles were analyzed and compared with those extracted from different batches of industrial equipment and laboratory by GC-MS. Results: A total of 24 components were identified in the volatile oil of Xiangsha Yangwei Particles, mainly included olefins, alcohols, and ketones. A total of 22 components were identified in the volatile oil of Xiaoer Qingjie Particles, mainly included olefins, alcohols and aldehydes. The chemical compositions of volatile oil extracted from industrial equipment and laboratory were basically consistent, the relative contents had some differences. Conclusion: The study maked clear the differences of volatile oil extracted from industrial equipment and laboratory, provided the effective methods for quality control of two varieties of chinese patent medicines.
