目的:建立稀硝酸溶液做提取剂采用原子吸收分光光度法测定甘草锌颗粒中锌的含量。方法:采用2%硝酸溶液超声20分钟解离甘草锌颗粒中的锌,然后采用原子吸收分光光度法测定锌的含量。结果:在0~5.0μg浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9975);平均加样回收率为96%,RSD为0.78%。结论:该方法操作简单快捷,专属性强,准确度高、重现性好,可用于甘草锌颗粒中锌的质量控制。 |

Objective: To establish an dilute acid separation-atomic absortion spectrometry method to determine the content of Zinc in Licorzine Granules. Methods:The sample was extracted under ultrasonication with 2% nitric acid. FAAS method was used to determine the content of zinc. Results:The calibration curve of zinc had a good linearity within 0~5.0μg·mL-1(r=0.9975). The average recovery was 96% and RSD was 0.78% . Conclusion:The method is simple and rapid,specific, accurate and reproducible, it can be used for the quality control of licorzine granules. |
