| 目的：考证和梳理黄芪药用品种的历史沿革,调查黄芪药典品的栽培情况,为黄芪药材的质量等级评价研究奠定基础。方法：通过本草、标准,及近现代文献资料整理对黄芪类药用品种进行考证。通过主产地实地调查,了解和掌握黄芪药典品栽培现状及问题。结果与结论：黄芪类药用品种曾经较为复杂,但目前随着中药产业化发展,药用品种趋于稳定并已实现大规模栽培,尤以药典品蒙古黄芪为主。然而由于传统和现代栽培方式的差异,导致价格悬殊,亟需建立黄芪质量等级评价方法。 |

| Objective: To texual the historical evolution and investigate the cultivation situation of Astragali Radix for quality grades evaluation.SMethods: The species of Astragali Radix were studied based on old herbal books, standards and literatures. The cultivation situation and issues of species of Astragali Radix listed in Chinese Pharmacopeia were obtained by investigating the main producing areas. Results and Conclusion: The medicinal species of Astragali Radix were complicated previously. As the industrialization and development of TCM, the medicinal species of Astragali Radix becames stabilization, and had been cultivated extensively, especially and the species of Astragalus membranaceus ( Fisch. ) Bge. var. mongholicus ( Bge) Hsiao (mengguhuangqi) listed in Chinese pharmacopeia. But as the differences between tradition and modern cultivation methods, the market prices has a wide gap problem. SIt is necessary to establish the evaluation method of Astragali Radix quality grades. |
