| 目的: 确认实验室常用消毒剂的消毒作用时间和保存效期，为消毒剂的使用及管理提供依据和理论参考。对疫苗生产车间日常使用的消毒剂进行消毒效力测定和保存效期测定。方法:分析目前实验室常用的消毒剂，选用金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和黑曲霉作为挑战菌，根据消毒剂成份设计中和剂配方，对中和剂效力进行确定后，使用定量悬浮法和平板菌落计数法对消毒剂效力进行检测。结果:对平板菌落数计数，对照组菌落数的对数减去实验组菌落数的对数，其杀灭对数均大于3，确认消毒剂的消毒作用时间、效力及其保存效期。结论: 使用中和剂和定量悬浮法可有效的测定消毒剂的消毒效力，对各种消毒剂的消毒作用时间和保存效期进行确定。 |

| Abstract Objective :To analyzed the effect of disinfectants for daily use in the vaccine production workshop and its preservation time.Methods: By analysis of the commonly used disinfectants in the present workshop, it used staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis and Aspergillus niger as challenging bacteria, according to the composition of neutralizer designed according to the ingredients of the disinfectant. Studied the effect by neutralizer and the effect of the disinfectant by the quantitative suspension and plate count method. Results: The logarithmic number of colonies and the number of colonies in the control group were less than 3 in the logarithm of colony count of the control group. The working time, effectiveness and preservation period of disinfectant were confirmed. Conclusion: The disinfection efficacy of disinfectants can be effectively measured by using neutralizer and quantitative suspension and plate count method, and the time and duration of disinfection effect of various disinfectants are determined. |
