| 目的：建立容量滴定法测定咖啡酸的含量。方法：采用酸碱滴定法,以中性乙醇为滴定介质,电位滴定指示终点,测定咖啡酸的含量,并对分析方法进行验证。结果：采用新建容量滴定法测定咖啡酸含量时采用该方法测定咖啡酸含量时,成比例系统误差、额外的系统误差和精密度均符合规范要求。结论：本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于咖啡酸含量测定。 |

| Objective:To establish a volumetric titration method for determination of caffeic acid .Method: The nonacid-water base titration determination method was established for the content of caffeic aciddidanosine with 40 ml glacial acetic acid and 10 ml anhydride acetic acid as the titration medium,the end point was determined potentiometrically,The established method was used for content determination and the analytical method was verified. Calcium sulfate was determined by Complexometric titration .Results: The good proportional systematic,the additional proportional systematic and the statistical error acquired in this method met the requirement of related standards. Conclusion: The method is convenient and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of caffeic acid. |
