目的 : 改进《中国药典》2015版药用辅料无水磷酸氢二钠氯化物鉴别试验方法,避免黄色悬浮物干扰比色结果。 方法:加入硝酸的量必须大于2.3mL或无水磷酸氢二钠称样量不能超过3.25g,避免滴加硝酸银溶液时与磷酸根反应生成黄色的磷酸银而干扰鉴别试验现象的观察。结果:加大硝酸的量或减少称样量,可以有效防止磷酸氢根电离和磷酸银的形成。结论:本方法可以避免比色鉴别试验出现黄色悬浮物结果。 |

Objective: To improve the chloride test of disodium phosphate anhydrous in Excipients of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 Edition) and avoid the interference of yellow suspended solids.
Method: Add more than 2.3mL nitric acid or weigh no more than 3.25g disodium phosphate anhydrous for the purpose of averting the formation of phosphate anion from the ionization of hydrogen phosphate, further preventing the reaction of silver nitrate and phosphate anion.
Result: Increase the amount of nitric acid or decrease the mass of testing sample could both prevent the ionization of hydrogen phosphate and the formation of silver phosphate.
Conclusion: These methods could both avoid the interference of yellow suspended solids and meet the requirement of chloride test of disodium phosphate anhydrous Appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 Edition). |
