| 目的：建立安乐片中钩藤碱和异钩藤碱的含量测定方法。方法：用高效液相色谱法Agilent XDB C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)；甲醇-0.2%氨水溶液(60:40)为流动相；检测波长为245nm,流速为1 mL.min-1,柱温25 ℃。结果：钩藤碱进样量在0.0285～0.7133ug(r=0.9999)与峰面积线性关系良好；异钩藤碱进样量在0.0166～0.416ug(r=0.9998)范围内线性良好, 钩藤碱的平均回收率为98.61%,RSD为1.56%,异钩藤碱的平均回收率为97.49%,RSD为1.27%。结论：本法灵敏、准确,专属性强,能简便有效的控制安乐片中钩藤碱和异钩藤碱的含量。 |

| Abstract Objective:To establish a method for determination of in Anle Pian
Method: HPLC was used with Agilent XDB C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）column, Methanol-0.2%aqueous ammonium (60: 40) as mobile phase and detecting wavelength 270nm with flow the rate 1.0 mL?min-1,column temperature at 25 oC. Results: The good linear was over the weight rang of 0.0285ug～0.7130ug for Rhynchophylline (r=0.9999),the averdge recovery was 98.61%(n=6), the RSD for reproducibility was 1.56%(n=6). The good linear was over the weight rang of 0.01664ug～0.4160ug for Isorhynchophylline (r=0.9998), the average recovery was 97.49%(n=6), the RSD for reproducibility was1.27% Conclusion:The method is highly sensitive,reliable,and accurate. Which can be applied in the quality control of Anle Pian. |
