| 目的 建立清炎凝胶的微生物限度检查法,并对方法学进行验证。方法 按照《中国药典》2015年版四部通则微生物限度检查法进行验证试验,以回收率对方法有效性进行评价。结果 常规法适合该药品的需氧菌总数、霉菌及酵母菌总数计数；控制菌采用常规法能正常检出。结论 清炎凝胶可用常规法进行微生物限度检查。 |

| Objective To establish and verify the microbial limit test method for Qingyan gel.Methods According to the Chinese pharmacopoeia 2015 version of the four general principles of the microbial limit test for validation test,with recovery of effectiveness evaluation method.Results Conventional method for the drug of bacteria, mold and yeast count; Control bacteria using the conventional method can normal checked out.Conclusion Qingyan gelavailable conventional method for microbial limit test. |
