| 目的：建立测定三七药酒中补骨脂素与异补骨脂素含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为依利特SinoChrom ODS-BP(4.6mm×200mm,5μm), 流动相为水-甲醇-乙腈(60:37:3,V/V/V), 流速为1.0 ml/min, 柱温为25 ℃,检测波长为246 nm,进样量为10μl。结果：补骨脂素与异补骨脂素的检测质量浓度分别在2.392μg/ml～191.329μg/ml、2.534μg/ml～202.720μg/ml范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9和0.999 9)；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD≤0.47％；平均回收率分别为99.46％、100.42％,RSD 分别为 0.15％、0.25％(n＝6)。结论：本方法简洁快速、灵敏度高、专属性强、结果稳定,可用于三七药酒中补骨脂素与异补骨脂素的含量测定。 |

| Objective To establish a method for the content determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in SANQI Medicated Wine. Methods HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Elite SinoChrom ODS-BP(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),column with mobile phase consisted of water-methanol-acetonitrile(60:37:3,V/V/V) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The column temperature was 25 ℃，and the detection wavelength was set at 246 nm. The sample size was 10μl . Results The linear ranges were 2.392μg/ml～191.329 μg/ml for psoralen（r＝0.999 9）and 2.534μg/ml～202.720μg/ml for isopsoralen（r＝0.999 9）. The RSDs of precision，reproducibility and stability tests were lower than 0.47％. The average recoveries were 99.46％（RSD＝0.15％，n＝6）and 100.42％（RSD＝0.25％，n＝6）. Conclusion The method， which can be used to determine the content of psoralen and isopsoralen in SANQI Medicated Wine，is rapid , simple,sensitive,specific and can lead a stable result. |
