目的:对银杏叶提取物及其制剂中非法添加染料木素进行鉴定和检测。方法:采用HPLC-DAD法,色谱柱为DIKMA Inertsil ODS-3 (4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50:50),流量1.0ml?min-1,柱温35℃,检测波长260nm,并同时采集210~400nm的光谱图,对银杏叶、银杏叶提取物及其制剂中的染料木素进行定性分析。结果:部分银杏叶提取物和银杏叶制剂样品HPLC色谱图中出现与染料木素对照品保留时间一致的色谱峰,DAD光谱一致。结论:部分厂家生产的银杏叶提取物及其制剂中含有染料木素,为生产时添加了其他含染料木素的原料。 |

Objective: To identify and determine Genistein illegally added in Ginkgo Leaves Extract and its preparation. Methods: HPLC-DAD was used on a column of DIKMA Inertsil ODS-3 (4.6mm ×250 mm, 5μm) with the mobile phase of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution (50:50) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml?min-1 , the column temperature was set at 35℃and the detection wavelength was 260nm.The spectrogram within 200~400nm wavelength was collected simultaneously . Results: Chromatographic peaks coincided with Genistein were found in several batches of Ginkgo Leaves Extract and its preparation from different manufactures . Conclusion: Several batches of Ginkgo Leaves Extract and its preparation t contain Genistein which may be artificially added. |
