| 目的: 建立盐酸阿罗洛尔原料药的含量测定方法。方法: 采用HPLC法和提取-滴定法两种方法测定盐酸阿罗洛尔原料的含量。结果: 建立的HPLC含量测定方法准确、快速、简便,而提取-滴定法测定其含量存在一定问题。结论: 在测定盐酸阿罗洛尔原料时,HPLC方法优于提取-滴定方法。 |

| Objective: To establish a suitable method to determine Arotinolol Hydrochloride.Method: Analyse Arotinolol Hydrochloride with HPLC method and extraction-titration method.Results: The HPLC method is accurate,quick and simple.The extraction-titration method has defects.Conclusion: The HPLC method is better than the extraction-titration method on the assay of Arotinolol Hydrochloride. |
