摘要 目的:建立活血通脉片中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rb1的含量测定方法,控制其处方中人参、三七的质量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,使用5 μm和3μm两种粒径色谱柱,以乙腈(A)-水 (B)为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为203nm,柱温30℃。结果:建立的4种成分含量测定方法简便、可行;两种粒径色谱柱含量测定结果基本一致。结论:该方法准确可靠,重现性好,小粒径色谱柱方法具有经济省时的特点,可用于活血通脉片的质量控制。 |

Abstract Objective: To establish four effective components(notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1),so as to control the quality of ginseng and notoginseng in Huoxuetongmai tablet. Methods : The analysis was performed on an SUPELCO Discovery? C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) and SUPELCO Ascentis? Express C18(4.6mm×100mm, 2.7μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile(A)-water(B) with gradient elution mode, the detection was set at 335 nm (0-35 min) for spinosin and 203nm, the column temperature was 30℃. Results: The method established for four components is easy and feasible, the results is same with different partical size column. Conclusion: This accurate,reliable and reproducible method can be used to control the quality of ginseng and notoginseng in Huoxuetongmai tablet. |
