      目的:为有效控制盆炎净胶囊的质量,建立多波长RP-HPLC法同时测定盆炎净胶囊中绿原酸和芍药苷含量的分析方法。方法:仪器为安捷伦1260型高效液相色谱仪,色谱柱为:Kromasil 100-5 C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈¬-0.1%磷酸溶液(12:88)溶液,绿原酸、芍药苷的检测波长分别为327 nm、230nm,流速1.0mL.min-1,柱温35℃。结果:在上述色谱条件下,绿原酸、芍药苷分别在0.2139μg~1.2834μg、0.1929μg~1.1574μg范围内,其进样质量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。回归方程:绿原酸Y= 2733.7X+154.34(r=0.9992);芍药苷Y= 1306.8X+23.223(r=0.9996)。绿原酸、芍药苷的平均回收率分别为99.51%、99.62%,RSD分别为0.80%、0.72%。测定样品6批,绿原酸、芍药苷的平均含量分别为0.94 mg.g-1、0.92 mg.g-1。结论:本方法操作简便、准确,灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于盆炎净胶囊中绿原酸和芍药苷的同时测定,为其质量控制提供借鉴。

      Objective:In order to effectively control the quality of Penyanjing capsule,To establish a Multiple wavelength RP-HPLC method for simultaneous Contents Determination of chlorogenic acid and paeoniflorin in Penyanjing Capsules. Methods: The instrument was used Agilent 1260 high performance liquid chromatograph,The chromatographic separation was performed on a Kromasil 100-5 C18 column (4.6mm x 250mm, 5μm),and the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile - 0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (12:88),the detection wavelengths of chlorogenic acid and paeoniflorin were at 327 nm,230nm, the flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1, the column temperature was maintained at 35℃.Results: Chlorogenic acid and paeoniflorin could be separated efficiently with this chromatographic conditions, a good linear correlation of chlorogenic acid and paeoniflorin were observed within the range of 0.2139-1.2834μg and 0.1929-1.1574μg.The regression equation: chlorogenic acid Y= 2733.7X+154.34(r=0.9992);paeoniflorin Y= 1306.8X+23.223 (r = 0.9996). The average recoveries were 99.51%%,99.62% with RSD of 0.80%、0.72%. Determination of 6 batches of samples,the average content of chlorogenic acid and paeoniflorin was 0.94 mg.g-1,0.92 mg.g-1.Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, sensitive and repeatable, and can be used for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid and paeoniflorin in penyanjing capsule, which can provide reference for its quality control.
