中文摘要:
      目的:建立复方氨基酸注射液中铝含量的测定方法。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定注射液中铝元素含量。结果: 铝浓度在5~200 μg?L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系( r = 0. 9996);平均回收率为103.2%,RSD为4.5%(18AA);平均回收率为106.1%,RSD为2.6%(18AA-Ⅰ)。结论: 该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于复方氨基酸注射液中铝的含量测定。不同生产企业的氨基酸注射液中铝残留量存在很大差异,有必要控制复方氨基酸注射液铝的残留量。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To establish a detemination method of aluminium content in compound amino acid injection.Method: The ICP-MS method was used for determination of aluminiumin compound amino acid injection.Results: The response of aluminum showed good linearity ( r = 0.9996) in the range of 5-200μg?L-1;the average recoverywas 103.2% with RSD of 4.5%(18AA);the average recoverywas 106.1% with RSD of 2.6%(18AA-Ⅰ).Conclusion: The method is simple,rapid,accurate,and can be used for determination of aluminum in compound amino acid injections.There is a significant difference inaluminium content between compoundamino acid injections from differentmanufacturers,and it is necessary to control the residues of aluminum in compound amino acid injections.
