      目的:建立淫羊藿黄酮苷类指纹图谱和含量测定方法,对淫羊藿质量进行分析。方法:本文采用HPLC法,对来源于5个基原种(淫羊藿Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.、箭叶淫羊藿Epimedium sagittatum ( Sieb.et Zucc. ) Maxim.、柔毛淫羊藿Epimedium pubescens Maxim.、朝鲜淫羊藿Epimedium koreanum Nakai、巫山淫羊藿Epimedium wushanense T. S. Ying)的淫羊藿进行了黄酮类成分指纹图谱分析,并比较了5种基原样品中淫羊藿苷、朝藿定A、B、C和宝霍苷I的含量。结果:淫羊藿各基原种的指纹图谱及5种黄酮类成分的含量显示一定的差异。结论:本文建立的方法简便,数据可靠,可以为淫羊藿标准的修订提供有益参考。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To establish the fingerprint and assay methods of flavonoid glycosides , and analyze the quality of Epmedii Folium. Method: In this paper, a HPLC method was used to analyze the fingerprint of flavonoid glycosides in the five species (Epimedium brevicornu Maxim. Epimedium sagittatum (Sieb. et Zucc.) Maxim., Epimedium pubescens Maxim. Epimedium koreanum Nakai and Epimedium wushanense TS Ying) of “yinyanghuo”. The contents of epimedinA, epimedinB, epimedinC, icariin and baohuoside have been compared among the five species. Results: There are some differences in the fingerprint results and contents of five components bewteen the different plants species. Conclusion: The method established in this paper is simple, and the data is reliable. It can provide useful reference for the revision of the standards.
