目的:建立高效液相色谱方法测定那可丁片的含量。方法:采用Agilent氰基柱(4.6μm×150mm,5μm),流动相为0.1mol/磷酸二氢钾(PH6.0)—甲醇(65:35),检测波长240nm,流速1.0ml.min-1,柱温30℃;进样量20μl。结果:那可丁测定的线性范围在4.0~120μg .ml-1(r=0.9995,n=6)进样量与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率为99.17%,RSD=1.13(n=9)。结论:本法专属性强,操作简便,结果准确。 |

Objective: A high performance liquid chromatography method was established to determine the content of the tablets. Method: Agilent cyanogenic column(4.6 μm X 150 mm, 5 μm), flow phase 0.01 MoLo dihydrogen phosphate(PH6.0)-methanol(65:35), detection wavelength 240 nm, flow rate 1.0 MLL. min-1, column temperature 30, Intake 20 μ。Result: the sample size and the peak area value of 4.0~120μg.ml-1 (r=0.9995, n=6). The average recovery rate was 99.17%, RSD=1.13(n=9). Conclusion: This method has strong specificity, easy operation and accurate results. |
