| 目的 建立测定明目蒺藜丸中绿原酸和木犀草苷总含量的高效液相色谱法。方法 采用SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK C18 SIZE4.6mmI.D.×250mm色谱柱,流动相以乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸溶液(B)进行梯度洗脱,流速：1.0ml.min-1,柱温：25℃,检测器为二极管阵列检测器,检测波长为348nm,进样体积为10μl。结果 绿原酸和木犀草苷的线性范围分别为0.01143～0.03429mg.ml-1(r=0.9997)、0.008716～0.02615mg.ml-1(r=0.9995)。平均回收率分别为99.3%(RSD=1.1% n=9)、98.8%(RSD=1.0% n=9)结论 本方法简便,快速,准确,重现性好,适用于明目蒺藜丸的质量控制。建议对成分复杂的中成药建立目标成分总量分析的检验方法。 |

| Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin total Content check eyesight Tribulus terrestris pill. Methods SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK C18 SIZE4.6mmI.D.×250mm chromatographic column The gradient elution of the mobile phase with acetonitrile (A) -0.1% phosphoric acid solution (B),the flow rate was 1.0ml.min-1,the column temperature was 25℃,the detection wavelength was 348nm,Sample volume was 10μl Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid and galuteolin were 0.01143～0.03429mg.ml-1(r=0.9997)、0.008716～0.02615mg.ml-1(r=0.9995),The average recoveries were 99.3%(RSD=1.1% n=9)、98.8%(RSD=1.0% n=9). Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,For the quality control of eyesight Tribulus terrestris pill.A method for the analysis of total amount of target components in Chinese patent medicines with complex components |
