| 目的：改进《中国药典》2015年版连翘项下连翘苷含量测定方法。方法：优化连翘苷含量测定方法，简化供试品溶液制备方法。结果：优化后的连翘苷含量测定方法操作简便快捷，连翘苷在0.179 1~17.905 3μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（R2=0.999 9）,回收率平均值为99.9%（RSD为1.4%），与原方法测定结果一致。结论：改进后方法操作简便，重复性好。 |

| Objective:To improve determination method of Forsythia suspensa in Chinese pharmacopeia (2015 Edition) Methods: Optimize the method of phillyrin content determination to simiplify preparation method of sample solution. Results: After being optimized, the determination method is simple; the linear is at the range of 0.179 1?17.905 3 μg (R2=0.999 9); the average recovery is 99.9% (RSD 1.4%), consistent with the results of the pharmacopoeial method. Conclusion: This improved method is simple, accurate and reproducible. |
