Objective:To establish a method for the determination of camphor、menthol、methyl salicylate、diphenhydramine hydrochloride in compound camphor cream.Methods:DA-INNOWA capillary column(30m×0.53mm×1.0μm) was adopted, with nitrogen as the carrier gas, and FID detector temperature: 250℃, injection port temperature: 250℃, split ratio: 9:1, line rate: 80.0 cm/sec. Initial temperature was 120℃, and then raised to 180℃ at a rate of 12℃ per minute , and next raised to 240℃, at a rate of 60℃ per minute, retaining 12minutes.Results: Camphor、menthol、methyl Sali-cylate、diphenhydramine hydrochloride showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 0.3208~3.208、0.24048~2.4048、0.1602~1.602、0.08026~0.8026μg?mL -1. The average recoveries were 100.07%,99.55%,99.35% and 99.05% with the RSDs of 0.90%,0.33%,0.31% and 0.22%(n=9),respectively. The average mark content of 3 batches of 4 main components was 100.44%,102.60%,96.70%,96.98%.
Conclusion: The method was simple, high accuracy, good reproducibility, and can be used to quality control of four constituents in compound camphor cream. |
