      目的:对毛细管黏度计法测定微晶纤维素聚合度的测量不确定度进行评估。方法:用进口注册标准的方法建立数学模型,再根据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度的评定与表示》对测量结果的各不确定度来源进行分析和评估。结果:使用黏度计法测量MCC聚合度的不确定度主要来自于特性黏度的测定及重复性。其结果可以表示为224.0±0.6(k = 2)。结论:毛细管黏度计法测定聚合度的测量不确定度的结果是相对较小的,但通过优化特性黏度的测量方式可进一步减小该不确定度的值。
英文摘要:
      Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of polymerization degree of microcrystalline cellulose determined by capillary viscometry. Methods: With establishment of the mathematical model, the main sources of the uncertainty resulted from the determination process were calculated and discussed by the method of JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement. Results: The major uncertainty sources were from measurement of intrinsic viscosity and the test repeatability. The results could be expressed as 224.0 ± 0.6 (k = 2). Conclusion: The uncertainty of polymerization degree determined by capillary viscometry can be reduced by optimization of the intrinsic viscometry measurement.
