| 目的：建立磷酸伯氨喹及其片剂的有关物质检查HPLC方法。方法：色谱柱为Inertsil C8（4.6mm×75mm，3μm），流动相为水-乙腈-四氢呋喃-三氟乙酸（90∶9∶1∶0.1），检测波长265nm，流量1.5ml?min-1。结果：建立的方法能有效地分离喹西特及其他杂质，在0.46～18.29μg?ml-1质量浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=1.000）。结论：所建方法可用于磷酸伯氨喹及其片剂的有关物质检查。 |

| Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of related substances in Primaquine Phosphate bulk drug and Primaquine Phosphate Tablets. Method: The assay was performed on a Inertsil C8 column（4.6mm×75mm，3μm）with a mobile phase of water-acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-trifluoroacetic acid (90:9:1:0.1) at a flow rate of 1.5ml?min-1,the detection wavelength was 265nm. Results: Quinocide and impurities were separated efficiently , the linearity was good within the range of 0.46～18.29μg/ml（r=1.000）. Conclusion:The method can be used for the detection of related substances in Primaquine Phosphate bulk drug and Primaquine Phosphate Tablets. |
