| 目的：提高山芝麻质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对山芝麻中的β-谷甾醇进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法测定齐墩果酸含量。 结果： 薄层色谱斑点清晰，专属性强；齐墩果酸进样量在0.20～2.54 μg范围内线性关系良好（r=1），平均回收率为99.26%（n=6）,其RSD为1.08%。结论：所建方法简便、准确，重复性好，可用于山芝麻的质量控制。 |

| Objective： To improve the quality standard of Radix Helicteris. Methods: β- Sitosterol was identified by TLC and the content of oleanolic acid was determined by HPLC. . Results: The TLC spots developed were fairly clear and specific. As to the HPLC method, a good linearity was shown in the range of 0.20–2.54 μg for oleanolic acid (r = 1) , the average recovery rate was 99.26%（n=6） with RSD of 1.08% . Conclusion: The established methods are simple, accurate and repeatable, and can be used for the quality control of Radix Helicteris. |
