      摘要 目的:建立注射用三磷酸腺苷二钠氯化镁中氯化镁含量测定的原子吸收法。方法:采用火焰原子吸收标准曲线法,检测波长:285.2 nm。结果:镁离子在浓度0.12~0.28 μg?ml-1的范围内,线性关系良好(r= 0.9998),精密度、回收率良好。结论:该方法可以准确测定注射用三磷酸腺苷二钠氯化镁中氯化镁含量,不受其他成分的影响,可用于注射用三磷酸腺苷二钠氯化镁的质量控制。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To establish an AAS method for determining the content of Magnesium Chloride in Adenosine Disodium Triphosphate and Magnesium Chloride for Injection . Method: A calibration curve method of flame atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted .The detection wavelength was set at 285.2 nm. Results: The concentration of Magnesium had a good linearity in the range of 0.12–-0.28 μg?ml-1 (r =0.999 8), the precision and recovery rate was good. Conclusion: The method is accurate and do not be interfered by other ingredients. It can be used for the quality control of Adenosine Disodium Triphosphate and Magnesium Chloride for Injection.
