| 目的: 建议确定盐酸左氧氟沙星片现行质量标准中含量测定方法中的续滤液取样方法。方法: 依照《国家食品药品监督管理局新药转正标准》WS1-(X-045)-2002Z第29册154页中含量测定方法进行检测。结果: 取盐酸左氧氟沙星对照品一定浓度溶液采取不同过滤次数的续滤液经处理后测定吸光度各不相同,但均有良好线性关系。结论: 定量滤纸对盐酸左氧氟沙星有一定吸附,供试溶液的过滤次数不同,其含量测定结果有显著差异,取样时间不当会导致含量测定结果偏低,且相关性、重现性较差。但采用离心后取上清液方法可避免上述现象的发生。 |

| Objective: To improve the method for sampling of the successive filtrate in Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets.Method: According to new official standard of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Tablets,the content of levofloxacin hydrochloride was determined.Result: Successive filtrates of levofloxacin hydrochloride reference solution were filtrated time after time with filter paper and measured the absorbances.Conclusion: Filter paper adsorbs Levofloxacin Hydrochloride to result in content on the low side,centrifuging can avoid the interference. |
